Fitzhugh Hincks?! MR. Hincks's brother!
He's been controlling Cat B. from Fhincksburg this whole time!
Now that the Envisioneers have access to Cat B.'s full code, they severed Fitzhugh's control and Cat B. returned to his feline form. Cat B. was last seen volunteering at the METEOR Museum and plans to run for mayor of Hincksville next year.
